If your deed was registered after online submission, you can download it from the IGR Odisha home page through Track Application Status (the link also comes by SMS). For any other registered deed, apply for a Certified Copy online and download the digitally signed copy from your login after approval.
How to get it:
- Visit the IGR Odisha portal and click Online Certified Copy.
- Register as a new user, or log in with your user ID, password and OTP.
- Select Apply New CC, search the deed by its registration details, then click Add and Proceed.
- Pay the fee through SBI e-Pay and save the acknowledgement receipt.
- After verification and the Registrar’s approval, download the copy from your login.
The fee depends on the number of pages: user charges are ₹40 per page (up to ₹250), plus small search and copying fees. The official time limit for a certified copy is 7 days.
