Application Mode:Get an Odisha SEBC certificate and upload it with the OPSC online form

Prescribed Fees:Standard government statutory fee (or free as prescribed)
No. OPSC does not accept an OBC certificate in place of an Odisha SEBC certificate. A candidate who submits one is treated as unreserved (general), if he or she is within the age limit.
How to fix it:
Check the SEBC rule in your advertisement on the OPSC website.
Get an SEBC (non-creamy layer) caste certificate from the Tahasildar or another competent authority of the Government of Odisha.
Make sure it was issued within the last 3 years. For AEE (Advt. No. 13 of 2026-27), it must be dated on or after 23 October 2023.
Upload it with your online form. Women candidates need a certificate showing “daughter of”, not “wife of”.
The category you choose in the form cannot be changed later, so get the right certificate before you submit.
